Commendations or Strengths

Administration and staff do an excellent job of being active in the community, including participating in chambers of commerce and other community organizations.

The El Reno staff does an excellent job of assessing students' needs in relation to program development.

The El Reno campus holds a Student Services Retreat. The agenda outlined items for discussion and assigned action items to specific individuals.

Specific Recommendations for Improvement

This administrative review standard was met.

General Suggestions for Improvement

Both campuses need to develop a more formal system for acquiring and disseminating information from the Business and Industry Services team for the purposes of program development.  Although it appears this is being done on an informal basis, documented information can be helpful to justify the need for the implementation of a program.

It is recommended that the El Reno campus's organizational chart be modifed for easier understanding. It also appears that not all jobs are listed on the the chart.

The administrators' credentials and the list of professional development activities in which the administrators participate should be updated annually.
