INSTITUTIONAL PURPOSE

Each technology center accredited by the State Board shall have an established institutional purpose.  The institutional purpose should be embodied in the technology centers mission and vision statements, goals, and objectives and should express the scope of responsibilities to the students whom it seeks to serve and the outcomes to be attained.

4. Are the goals and objectives realistic, achievable, measurable, and understood by all referent groups (students, employees, communities, parents, and business and industry)?

COMMENTS:  After the goals and action steps were established individuals volunteered to take ownership of the completion of each action plan with a chair and sometimes a co-chair selected for each group.  It was the responsibility of that group to monitor the completion of their respective action plan
